Offshore Dental Billing and RCM for US Practices and DSOs
Dental billing has its own rules: frequency limits, attachments, alternate benefits, and PPO write-offs. We work inside your practice management system and keep those details moving, so your front desk can get back to the patient in front of them.

In Short
Medgeene does offshore dental billing and RCM for US practices and DSOs. We work inside your practice management system on eligibility, charge entry, claims, posting, denials, and A/R, during your business hours, for a Dedicated FTE, a Flat Retainer, or $10 an hour, never a percentage of collections.

What We See Most, and What We Do About It
Frequency limits nobody checked
A patient is due for a cleaning, but the plan already paid for two this benefit year. The office finds out at checkout, or when the claim comes back. We check benefits and the last date of service for each procedure before the patient arrives.
Claims that leave without their attachments
A crown, a build-up, or a scaling and root planing claim goes out without the x-ray or narrative the plan wants. It's denied for missing information and goes to the back of the line. We attach what the plan expects before the claim is sent.
Recall lists and hygiene gaps
A recall list that's three months behind means open hygiene chairs and fewer insurance visits to bill. We work the list, fill the schedule, and capture insurance details when the appointment is made.
PPO write-offs posted wrong
When a PPO pays less than your fee, the difference has to be written off correctly and the patient's share has to be right. Post it wrong and the ledger never matches the deposit. We post each ERA and EOB and reconcile to the bank.
Dental Billing Work We Take On
- Appointment SetupBook new patients and fill open hygiene and doctor time from your recall list
- Eligibility & Benefits VerificationConfirm active coverage, deductible, and annual maximum remaining
- Patient DemographicsSet patient, subscriber, and guarantor correctly, including kids on a parent's plan
- Charge EntryEnter CDT codes with the right tooth numbers, surfaces, and quadrants
- Claims SubmissionScrub each claim for missing codes, tooth numbers, and subscriber details
- Payment PostingPost ERAs and EOBs, with contractual write-offs applied by plan
- Denial ManagementSort denials by reason: missing information, frequency, coverage, timing
- A/R CallingWork the aging report from oldest and largest down to newest
For Multi-Location Groups and DSOs
A group has the same problems as a single office, multiplied, plus one more: every location does things a little differently. We write one checklist for the group and note each location's exceptions, so every office gets worked the same way.
- One written standard across locations, with each office's exceptions noted
- Reports by location, so you can see which office is falling behind
- Add a new location without starting from scratch
- One team that learns your group's payer mix and stays on it
How It Starts
- A short conversationYou tell us what's behind and what you want off your desk.
- Access and fee schedulesYou share remote access to your practice management system and your fee schedules.
- A look at your agingWe review your aging report and denial reasons, and write your checklist.
- Go liveMost practices are up and running within 3 to 5 business days of access, with a weekly report from there.
Your Software, Not Ours
We work in the software you already run, through encrypted remote access. Our team has worked in Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Enterprise, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Denticon, Carestream Dental, tab32, Dentimax, and Practice-Web, and through the DentalXChange and Vyne Dental clearinghouses. Nothing is migrated, and your staff keep working the way they do now.
Pricing is a Dedicated FTE, a Flat Retainer, or Hourly at $10 per hour, never a percentage of collections. See How We Help.
Common Questions
What do you need from my office to start?
Remote access to your practice management system, your fee schedules, and a conversation about what you want off your plate. Most practices go live within 3 to 5 business days after that.
Can we start with just part of our billing?
Yes. Plenty of dental offices begin with eligibility, denials, or A/R alone and add more later. Scope is agreed up front.
Do you work with multi-location groups and DSOs?
Yes. We set up one checklist for the group, note each location's exceptions, and report by location.
Will my patients know a separate company is involved?
No. We work inside your system under your practice's name, and patients keep dealing with your front desk.
What hours does your team work?
Yours. Our team works on your time, so you reach us during your business day and questions get answered while your office is open.
Do you decide what to write off?
No. We flag balances that look uncollectable and note what was tried. Write-off decisions stay with you.
