In Short

Medgeene gives US billing and RCM companies white-label offshore capacity. We work in your platform and by each client's rules on eligibility, charge entry, claims, posting, denials, and A/R, during your hours, for a Dedicated FTE, a Flat Retainer, or $10 an hour, never a percentage of collections.

Real-World Problems

What We See Most, and What We Do About It

A new client arrives with a backlog

Its aged A/R lands on a team that's already full. Follow-up slips, and the client starts asking questions you can't answer yet. We triage by age, payer, and balance, and work it down in your platform.

Every client does it differently

One client wants claims out daily, another batches them weekly, a third has its own appeal rules. When those live in people's heads, errors creep in. We keep a written checklist for each client.

Hiring and training take too long

A US hire takes months to find and months to train, and by then the client is already unhappy. We add capacity without a hiring cycle, scoped to what you need.

One slow task drags down the whole account

Eligibility, posting, or A/R follow-up is the piece that keeps slipping while everything else runs fine. You can hand us that one task and keep the rest.

RCM Work We Can Take Off Your Team

Keeping Each Client's Rules Separate

When one team works for many clients, the risk is rules bleeding from one account into another. We keep each client's rules, queues, and reports apart from the first day, so a question about one account never gets answered with another account's rules, and your team can see exactly what was done for whom.

  • One written checklist per client: SOPs, payer rules, escalation contacts
  • Changes confirmed in writing before we act on them
  • Separate work queues and a separate weekly report for each client
  • Your name on the work, never ours

How a Pilot Works

  1. Discovery callWe learn your clients, volumes, platforms, and where work is backing up.
  2. Pick a contained scopeOne client account, or one task such as A/R over 60 days or eligibility.
  3. Hand over the playbookYou share the client's SOPs, payer rules, and escalation contacts. We write them into a checklist and confirm it back to you before any work starts.
  4. Work in your platformOur team logs into your system under your naming, and reports weekly on what was worked and collected. Most pilots start within 3 to 5 business days once access and the client's rules are shared.
  5. Review, then scale or stopYou decide whether to add tasks, add clients, or move to a retainer or a dedicated team member.

Your Software, Not Ours

We log into your billing platform, and into your clients' systems where that's part of the work, under your naming, through encrypted remote access. Using something unusual? Tell us on the first call and we'll say plainly whether we've worked in it.

Pricing is a Dedicated FTE, a Flat Retainer, or Hourly at $10 per hour, never a percentage of collections. See How We Help.

Common Questions

What do you need from a billing company to start?

A short discovery call, access to the platform and accounts in scope, and the SOPs, payer rules, and escalation contacts for the pilot account. Most pilots start within 3 to 5 business days after that.

How long does a pilot last?

It's scoped to one client or one task, and the length is agreed up front. The aim is to run long enough for a couple of weekly reports to show real results.

How do you keep our clients' rules separate?

Each client gets its own written checklist, queue, and report. Changes are confirmed in writing, and questions go on an open-items list instead of being guessed at.

Will our clients know Medgeene is involved?

No. The work is white-label, under your naming, and your clients keep dealing with your people.

What hours does your team work?

Yours. Our team works on your time, so you reach us during your business day and questions get answered while your office is open.

What does a pilot cost?

A pilot can run Hourly at $10 per hour with no minimum. If it works, you can move to a Flat Retainer or a Dedicated FTE. We never take a percentage of collections.
